Expected Learning Outcomes

Knowledge and understanding of the interpretative issues of artistic facts, learning of the historical development of artistic culture history of the Middle Ages and its specific languages. At the end of the course, students will be able to apply the acquired knowledge independently and to communicate it.

1) Artistic events from the 5th century to the middle of the 15th century.

2) The Romanesque in Europe: contexts, journeys, historiography.
