ANTROPOLOGIA DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURALE

Expected Learning Outcomes

The aims of teaching are development knowledges and skills about:

1)     the dynamics and cultural and economic-social processes which involved the landscapes and the local communities;

2)    the actual heritage process (local and global) about the landscapes and the local communities;

3)   the ethnographic methodologies for the field research in heritage domain.

 

Course Structure

The teaching will be trough lessons and seminars also with other teachers; some presentations about the article and books. The teaching will privilege the dialogic talks with the students about the singular arguments.

Attendance of Lessons

Attendance is not compulsory.

Detailed Course Content

The teaching focuse the attention about the strong link (politic, cultural and social) between the communities, heritages (material and non material) and landscape, trough the:

1)    study of folk culture in Italy, from the late XIX century to heritage paradigm;

2)    de-construction of heritage concept trough the anthropology;

3)    the analysis of “heritage writings” from several social actors;

4)   the role of heritage anthropology between critic and participation.
