Study Abroad
Doctoral students are required to complete a period of research, averaging three to six months, at a foreign research institution selected in consultation with their supervisor based on their research topic. Furthermore, supervisors encourage doctoral students to participate in conferences, seminars, symposia, and training courses at Italian or foreign universities and research institutes. This aims to enrich the students' academic training and research, while enabling them to engage with other faculty members and peers (doctoral students and early-career researchers) and enter the academic community.
