LETTERATURA ARTISTICA

Basic knowledge of key texts written by artists, connoisseurs and scholars; acquisition of the main tools to place artistic culture in context.

Lectures.

The course will consider the main works historiography and artistic theory from ancient times to the Twentieth century. Particular attention will be given to the theme of the relationship between verbal and visual text.
