III anno DIVISIONE DEI GRUPPI a.a. 2016-17 2° semestre

NOTICE FOR III YEAR LETTORATO a.a. 2016-2017  2nd semester

 

Please read the following very carefully and note the changes that have been made to groups 3D and 3F.

A new group, 3G , has also been formed for those who passed II year written exam in January 2017. Please be sure to read the entire notice.

Your attendance in the first term can be seen on the accompanying excel file.

ALL GROUPS WILL BEGIN ON THE WEEK STARTING 13TH MARCH APART FROM THE GROUP 3D+3F WITH DOTT.SSA GIBLIN WHICH WILL START ON 20TH MARCH.

 

Group 3A will continue on Monday and Wednesday at 16.00 in aula A1 with Dott.ssa Hudson.

N.B. Students who had split attendance between 3E and 3F owing to clashes with Russian  lessons in the first semester will continue with Dott.ssa Hudson in 3A.

 

Group 3B will continue with Dott.ssa Murray on Monday in aula 254 and Wednesday in aula A9 at 16.00 .

 

Group 3C will continue with Dott.ssa Powell on Monday and Wednesday in aula A4 at 16.00.

 

Group 3D

• Students who have reached 50% attendance with Dott.ssa Giblin will continue with Dott.ssa Giblin on Monday and Wednesday in aula 70 at 16.00.

• 3D Students with less than 50% attendance will attend 3G. (see below)

Group 3E will continue the second term with Dott. ssa Hudson  on Monday at 10.00 in 254 and Thursday at 12.00 in A1. Students studying Russian will attend 3A as explained above.

 

Group 3F

• Students who have more than 50% attendance with Dott.ssa Giblin will continue  with Dott.ssa Giblin on Monday and Wednesday in aula 70 at 16.00.

• 3F Students with less than 50% attendance will attend 3G(see below)

Group 3G  new group with Dott.ssa Halstead

• Students who passed II year in January 2017 will attend this new group. Monday at 18.00 in aula A9 and Tuesday at 8.00 in A6. It is not necessary to have passed the II year oral exam in order to attend.

Students from 3D and 3F with Dott.ssa Giblin who have less than 50% attendance will attend this group.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR NON-ATTENDERS

Students in 3A, 3B, 3C, 3E who DID NOT ATTEND in the first term must continue with the group they were assigned in the first term; consult the excel file to see which group you belong in .

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR STUDENTS WHO CANNOT FIND THEIR NAMES ON ANY LIST

 Students who wish to attend but whose names cannot be found in any group in the excel file must come to room 131 on 7th March from 10.00-12.00 to be put into a suitable group.
